Sales Executive

We are looking for a sales executive to join our nascent team. The perfect person for this position will have a passion for technology and media, and the desire to lead in a fast-changing industry.

As a part of the team, you will become a leading expert on one of the most important shifts taking place within the marketing & advertising industry. With the exponential growth of self-publishing, aided by the rise of social media, brands are increasingly dependent on digital word of mouth/earned media. You will have the opportunity to forge relationships with top executives from some of the most influential brands in the beauty, luxury, and lifestyle spaces and help them navigate this shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise C-level executives, as well as private and public equity investors, on media and technology trends impacting their businesses
  • Develop a deep understanding of the industries we operate in, and how our offering helps those companies manage big data
  • Negotiate and drive partnerships in existing and new verticals
  • Travel 25-50%: NY and LA

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience, MBA preferred
  • Previous experience in an analytical role - consulting, private equity a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership
  • You are intellectually curious and a self-starter. You pride yourself on challenging the status quo, while maintaining a high degree of integrity

Assistant to the General Manager (UK Based)

As a trusted counterpart, you will work alongside Tribe Dynamics’ GM and assist the company’s expansion into international markets. Part administrative, part bigger-picture strategy, you’ll assist on everything from scheduling and expense reporting, to managing sales systems/processes, crafting presentations, and supporting overall business growth initiatives. You would be joining our first satellite office in London, alongside a small team of 3.

We are looking for someone smart, reliable and enterprising. Someone we can count on to be proactive in identifying gaps and filling them, working cross-functionally and creatively to ensure seamless execution. Ideal Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-5+ years of work experience
  • Enthusiastic about solidifying Tribe Dynamics’ reputation within Beauty and Luxury
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized and efficiency-minded; always on the lookout for new ways/tools to save time and improve processes
  • Prior experience in an analytical field; knowledge of business modeling a plus

Financial Services Account Manager

We are actively seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Account Management team and lead the management of our relationship with corporate and private equity clients. This Account Management role will be focused on supporting our due diligence, brand scouting, and M&A recommendation products and services. International Account Manager (UK-Based)

We are actively seeking people to join our London-based Accounts Team! As an International Account Manager for Tribe Dynamics, you will have the opportunity to shape the digital marketing strategy of some of the most influential brands in the beauty and lifestyle space. You will be responsible for your clients’ ongoing success and satisfaction with Tribe Dynamics’ Ambassador Relationship Management (ARM) software and services, which includes managing client campaigns and accounts. Furthermore, Account Managers are responsible for being the voice of the client internally. In this particular role, you will assist Tribe’s international expansion by joining our first satellite office in London!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with 20+ clients
  • Work with clients to coordinate and launch influencer marketing campaigns, while using Tribe’s ARM software to help track, manage, and measure the effectiveness of client campaigns
  • Update clients consistently on current industry examples and best practices
  • Cultivate client relationships through regular emails, calls, and in-person strategy meetings
  • Collaborate with the Market Research and Publications team to provide personalized strategic recommendations to clients based on industry insights
  • Become the liaison between the Data Science and Product teams in order to integrate your clients’ feedback into Tribe’s software and processes
  • Maintain expertise of the digital influencer space through ongoing research and exploration

International Junior Account Manager (UK-Based)

We are actively seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our London-based Accounts Team! As a Junior Account Manager, you will work alongside and assist the International Account Manager in day-to-day responsibilities for clients. In this particular role, you will be assisting with Tribe’s international expansion as you will be joining us in our first satellite office! You will be responsible for the clients ongoing success and satisfaction of Tribe Dynamics’ ARM software and services, this involves maintaining client campaigns and accounts and being the voice of the client internally.

Responsibilities:

  • Pull, vet and deliver monthly/quarterly ambassador recommendations for client review/approval
  • Attend weekly/monthly calls and quarterly in-person strategy meetings
  • Assist Account Manager with preparing strategy deliverables
  • Maintain data quality within client accounts
  • Lead software walkthroughs for new and existing clients

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of client-facing experience and/or industry related experience.
  • You have a Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or another Liberal Arts Major but, all majors are welcome!

As a part of the Business Operations team, you will be responsible for the integrity of our internal market research data and the communication and delivery of high-level learnings to the larger team. We have listed some responsibilities and experience guidelines below, but do not consider these as set in stone - talent and passion are the most important.

Responsibilities:

  • Become the expert in our internal software tool, using it skillfully and efficiently to provide data for internal research, client reporting, and external marketing publications.
  • Maintain and expand Tribe’s brand and influencer databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Keep an ear to the ground in the beauty and lifestyle industries, tracking new and trending brands as well as brand mergers and acquisitions.
  • Work fluidly across multiple cross-functional teams - including data science, client services, and publications - on a daily basis.

About you:

  • You live in Excel and Google Sheets. Pivot tables and complex functions don’t scare you.
  • You understand the major players in the beauty and lifestyle marketplace, and can identify up-and-coming brands and trending products.
  • You communicate clearly in person, write concise emails, and deliver easy-to-understand spreadsheets. You’re able to identify trends in data and translate those trends into a story for both the internal team and our clients.
  • You are thoughtful and creative about making sure clients have what they need to succeed. You’re constantly improving the way we use and present our data.

Product Designer

We are actively seeking an enthusiastic, bright mind interested in helping us change the landscape of brand marketing. The ideal match must have a passion for learning, an obsession with solving hard problems, and the desire to instill design as the paramount foundation of a company’s culture. Tribe’s product is led by product design, with each project being defined, scoped, and driven by a design lead. We operate with a nontraditional approach to product development, and are looking for a driven individual that is hungry for more than just specialized, production-level design work.

As one of the founding members of Tribe’s product design team, you’ll play an instrumental role in building an end-to-end product experience that binds together our clients’ goals, our business objectives, and our technical prowess into a single harmonious vision. You’ll work directly with Tribe’s Head of Product to discover, propose, and build product solutions, while continuously creating and promoting practices to best scale our design and development workflows. We have listed some responsibilities and experience guidelines below, but do not consider these as set in stone - talent and passion are the most important.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with every department of our company to discover and assess product opportunities
  • Own the end-to-end experience design, from client research to wire-framing to visual design to prototyping to testing to shipping, and all over again
  • Create and promote industry leading internal practices in order to build a seamless collaborative workflow with engineers and internal stakeholders

Ideal Qualifications:

  • You have 2+ years of experience researching, creating, and shipping client-facing digital product solutions
  • You are a self-starter, with a portfolio of personal projects or live products that you’ve taken from idea to production
  • You have an immaculate eye for detail and are comfortable using the industry's latest design software such as Sketch and Figma
  • You are as comfortable hopping on client calls to discover and define problems as you are working directly with engineers to envision and ship solutions
  • You understand that the best products are developed by fostering a deep understanding of customers' motivations, instead of a rich explanation of a feature set, which is reflected through your communication style

While the digital experience is an area of expertise, Tribe's entire product falls into three categories—Software, Competitive Reporting, and Client Strategy. A Product Designer at Tribe will be empowered to influence all parts of our product; not just the software.


Senior Software Engineer

Tribe Dynamics is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team! The ideal match would be someone who is interested in not only mentoring younger engineers, but also writing beautiful code.

We are looking for someone with full-stack experience, from frontend frameworks to backend datastores. Some technologies on our stack currently include: Python, Django, JS, PostgreSQL, Spark, and Redshift running on Heroku and AWS servers. That being said, we are always looking for new ideas and learning about new technologies if they help us accomplish our goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and teacher to the team on coding and architecture best practices
  • Develop efficient and maintainable code in JavaScript and Python
  • Design and implement data models utilizing Django and PostgreSQL
  • Build scalable services across Heroku and AWS
  • Contribute to the company culture by participating in game night, teaching your colleagues about a random passion during our “learnings”, and being game to jump head-first into new challenges and opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm with the product team to spec out brilliant solutions to real business problems.
  • Build intuitive web interfaces using AngularJS.
  • Develop efficient and maintainable code in JS, Python, Scala.
  • Design and implement data models utilizing RDBMS (Postgres) and NoSql stores.
